Simply place the stems in the 5" black Asian ceramic container, place the decorative stone pebbles around the stalks, and add water. Replenish water as needed. - There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
- Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
- Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
- A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
- Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO?s.
- Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
- The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
